Eligibility: Candidates should have a Degree (Degree) in any discipline from a Government recognized University. The Central Government recognizes that India or any other equivalent.

The candidate must have a valid mark-sheet / degree certificate as a graduate on the day he / she is registered and the percentage of marks obtained in the degree when registering online.
