- Applications are invited from the Karnataka Lokasewa Commission for 1,116 Assistant / First Class posts vacant in various departments of the State in the year 2019-20. Eligible candidates can apply online through March 6, 2020 deadline to apply.
- Details of Vacancies:
- Hyderabad Karnataka Assistant / First Class Assistant = 137 posts
- Residency Assistant / First Class Assistant (Non Hyderabad Karnataka) = 975 Posts
- Assistant (Karnataka Bhavan, New Delhi) (Reserve Base-3 posts and High-Karnataka-1 post) = 4 posts Total 1116
- PostsAcademic Qualification: The post of Assistant or First Class Assistant must have passed the legally recognized University Degree Examination in India or have been approved by the Government as equivalent to such examination.
- Age Limit: Maximum age of 35 years for OBC, Category 2 (a), 2 (a), 2 (b), 3 (a), 3 (b) Candidates for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Category I Candidates within a maximum age of 40 years can apply. The details of age limit should be read in the notification.
- Salary range: Rs 30,350 / - to Rs 58,250 / - per month for First Aid posts from Rs 27,650 / - to Rs 52,650 / -
- Selection Process: Candidates will be selected through competitive examination.

- Deadline for Payment of Examination Fee: March 7,2020
- Details of Examination Fee: Rs.600 / - + Rs.35 / - for General Eligibility Candidates - Rs.300 / - + 35 / - for Exercise 2 (A), 2 (B), 3 (A), 3 (B) Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Caste, Category-I and Disabled candidates are exempted from payment of fee but all candidates must pay Processing Charge 35 / -.
- Application Process: Candidates visit the Commission's website http://www.kpsc.kar.nic.in/ on-line. Applications can be submitted by March 6,2020 by filling out the information requested there and paying the exam fee. And applications of candidates who do not pay the fee will be rejected.
